residence in which they reside.
Unit Owners Policy
Available for an owner-occupied condo or townhouse. This package
policy provides coverage for:
- alterations
- appliances
- fixtures
- improvements made by the insured
- items of real property which pertain exclusively to the
insured unit
- property which is the insured’s
responsibility under an association agreement
